Obama avoided Gordon Brown today at the United Nations. Brown (whose aides tried to arrange a meeting all day) says that is was not a snub; the Special relationship remains strong.

Is he really so naive? Does he think that the Special Relationship still exists?

Does anyone care?

At least Brown received his award: International Statesman of the Year, and praised the unspeakable Henry Kissinger.
